Support & Logistics

Support & Logistics at RJC

The Support & Logistics department is the backbone of the maintenance operation. They make an essential contribution to planning, training, materials, and technical support. Quite a significant responsibility! With a dedicated and knowledgeable team, they ensure that every aspect of the operation runs smoothly and safely.

Planning

This team is involved in, as you might guess, planning maintenance. This includes preparing the maintenance operation and all the maintenance we perform for our customers. From strategic planning to quickly adapting to daily challenges, thanks to the planning team, all maintenance can be carried out on time.

Training

You're never done learning! The training team of Support & Logistics provides a wide range of training programs, allowing all RJC employees to continue performing their work as effectively as possible. From introductory training to type-specific training, this team advises on how training needs can be best addressed, purchases or develops training programs, and ensures that the training is delivered.

Logistics

Without parts, maintenance simply comes to a halt. In collaboration with customers, this team ensures that all necessary parts come to Schiphol or go from Schiphol to other maintenance locations. They also handle emergency requests without a problem. In the hangar, the logistics team ensures that all parts and tools are ready for use, ensuring that the mechanics are never left empty-handed.

Tech & Process Support

This team contributes to the technical support of customer flight operations and RJC's own maintenance operation. They also acquire the right tooling & equipment, improve internal processes, and elevate RJC to the next level as a data-driven organization.

"We are the link between precision and performance. You are in direct contact with the crew in the aircraft and are therefore the first point of contact for advice, even in case of complications."

RJC provides high-quality maintenance services for aircraft up to 150 passengers, specializing in the maintenance of Embraer aircraft. RJC offers both ground inspections and line maintenance, always striving to combine quality, safety, and speed. This ensures the highest possible fleet availability for our customers at all times.
